In order to bring the financial services of our university to perfection; Based on the principles of transparency, consistency and accountability, helping to determine
medium and long-term strategies and policies, developing performance and quality criteria, preparing the administrative budget and evaluating the compliance of activities
with the legislation, carrying out accounting services in a healthy and effective way, internal control and preliminary financial control system.
To be a Strategy Development Department that plays an active role in the effective, economic and efficient use of existing resources by ensuring that it is established
and operated.
